After the thirty-day refund period has expired, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues or have concerns about course content, we encourage you to contact our support team, who will work with you to resolve any problems you may be experiencing with the course materials or platform.

Conditions for Refund Requests

To qualify for a refund, certain conditions must be met. You must not have completed more than thirty percent of the course content at the time of your refund request. Course completion is measured by the number of lessons or modules you have accessed and marked as complete. If you have progressed beyond this threshold, you will not be eligible for a refund, as you have already consumed a substantial portion of the educational content.

Additionally, you must not have downloaded more than thirty percent of any downloadable course materials, including project files, reference documents, templates, or bonus resources. Once digital materials have been downloaded and accessed, they cannot be returned, and excessive downloading indicates that you have derived value from the course content.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Certain circumstances will result in your refund request being denied. If you have violated our Terms of Use or engaged in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to sharing course access credentials, distributing course materials without authorization, or attempting to circumvent course access restrictions, you will not be eligible for a refund and your account may be terminated.

Refunds will not be granted if you have previously requested and received a refund for the same course. Each customer is entitled to one refund per course. If you have already received a refund for a particular course and subsequently repurchase it, that purchase will be considered final and non-refundable.

Promotional or discounted course purchases are subject to the same refund policy as full-price purchases. However, if you received a course as part of a bundle or package deal, refunds will be calculated based on the individual course price at the time of purchase, not the bundled discount price. In some cases, this may affect the refund amount you receive.

How to Request a Refund

Your refund request must include your full name, the email address associated with your account, the name of the course for which you are requesting a refund, your order number or transaction ID, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within seven to ten business days.

Refund Processing and Payment Methods

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If you paid through an online payment platform, the refund will be returned to your account on that platform. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We are unable to process refunds to a different payment method or account than the one used for the original purchase. Course Access After Refund

Once a refund has been processed, your access to the course and all associated materials will be immediately revoked. If you wish to re-enroll in a course after receiving a refund, you will need to make a new purchase at the current course price. Please note that as mentioned earlier, courses that have been refunded once are not eligible for a second refund if you choose to repurchase them.

Technical Issues and Course Quality

If you experience technical difficulties accessing course materials or if you believe the course content does not match the description provided at the time of purchase, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. In many cases, technical issues can be resolved quickly, and we may be able to address content concerns by providing additional resources or clarification.

We regularly update our courses to ensure they remain current and relevant. If significant changes are made to a course after your purchase, you will retain access to both the original version and any updated content at no additional cost. Course updates do not affect your eligibility for a refund during the thirty-day refund period.
